Information collected
When you send an inquiry, Blue Lens Photo receives the name, email address, photography type, and details you provide. When you submit gallery selections, Blue Lens Photo receives your name, email address, selected image filenames, notes, gallery identity, and submission time. If you subscribe to Group / Event gallery updates, Blue Lens Photo stores your name, email address, selected group, confirmation status, consent version, and subscription activity.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, administer private galleries, send requested Group / Event gallery notifications, record selections, fulfill approved orders, provide customer support, and protect the website and its clients. Blue Lens Photo does not sell personal information.
Group and event email subscriptions
Gallery-update subscriptions use email confirmation. Notifications are sent only for the specific Group / Event selected, and each message includes an unsubscribe link. A gallery subscription is not a model release or permission to use a person's photographs. Blue Lens Photo does not currently offer text-message subscriptions.
Gallery access and cookies
Private galleries use a necessary session cookie after a valid gallery code is entered. The cookie helps keep access tied to the authorized browser for a limited period. The hosting platform may also use security cookies. Blue Lens Photo does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Website hosting, database storage, email delivery, and source-file storage providers process limited information as needed to operate the service. Approved website copies may be created from Blue Lens Photo’s Google Drive library; private Drive folders are not exposed directly to customers.
Photographs and marketing
Private gallery photographs are used for client review and fulfillment. Blue Lens Photo will not intentionally move a private client gallery into public marketing use without appropriate permission or another valid basis.
Retention and requests
Inquiry, gallery, subscription, and order-request information is retained as reasonably needed for communication, fulfillment, consent records, business records, security, and legal obligations. Unsubscribed addresses are retained on a suppression list so future group emails are not sent accidentally. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email hello@bluelensphoto.com.
