Terms, gallery use, and ordering

Quotes and booking
Website prices are starting points unless specifically identified otherwise. The written quote or client agreement confirms the final scope, deliverables, total price, payment requirements, scheduling, travel, rescheduling, cancellation, turnaround, and usage rights. A date is not reserved until Blue Lens Photo confirms it in writing and any stated booking requirements are completed.
Private gallery access
Gallery links and access codes are intended only for the client and people the client authorizes. Do not publish or broadly share an access code. Blue Lens Photo may expire, hide, or revoke gallery access to protect client privacy, correct an error, or close a completed project.
Proofs and finished files
Proofing images are provided for review and selection. Unless Blue Lens Photo states otherwise in writing, proofs are not final delivered files and are not licensed for downloading, copying, screenshotting, editing, printing, removing watermarks, or public posting. Purchased or approved final files are delivered separately with the rights stated in the client agreement or delivery message.
Selections and ordering
Marking favorites or sending selections creates a request. It does not complete a purchase, process payment, guarantee availability, or establish a final price. Blue Lens Photo will confirm the requested products, options, price, taxes when applicable, fulfillment, and delivery before an order is final.
Copyright and permitted use
Blue Lens Photo retains copyright in its photographs unless a signed written agreement expressly transfers it. Clients receive only the usage rights stated in their agreement or final delivery. Photographs may not be sold, commercially licensed, materially altered, used to train an artificial-intelligence system, or represented as another photographer’s work without written permission.
Website content
The Blue Lens Photo name, logo, text, site design, and displayed photographs may not be copied or reused except as allowed by law or written permission. Unauthorized access, automated extraction, interference with the site, or attempts to bypass gallery controls are prohibited.
Client agreement controls
These website terms explain the general rules for this site. If a signed client agreement or written quote conflicts with these terms, that project-specific agreement controls. Questions may be sent to hello@bluelensphoto.com.
